Q1: The Smart Screen cannot be turned on normally？
Please make sure you are using the car charger that comes with the smart screen and the voltage is between 12-24V.
Q2: How to use the automatic light-sensing function of the Smart Screen?
Click the brightness icon on the home page and turn on automatic adjustment. The screen brightness of the Smart Screen will automatically adjust according to the brightness of the surrounding environment. If you don't want to use it, you can turn it off manually.
Q3: How to set the resolution of the smart screen front camera to 2K or 4K?
A:
Note: This is only for the front camera, not for the rear view camera.
[ Step1 ]: Click [ Resolution ] icon in [ Settings ] on the Smart Screen.
[ Step2 ]: Choose 2K or 4K resolution option.
Q4：Is the backup camera waterproof for outdoor mounting?
We can confirm that the backup camera included with our smart screen is waterproof. It is built to endure outdoor elements like rain, humidity, and other environmental factors. We prioritize the durability and performance of our components, especially when they are exposed to outdoor conditions. Rest assured, our backup camera meets the required waterproofing standards to ensure reliable operation even when mounted outside the vehicle.
Q5: The rear view camera doesn't display the reversing image when reversing?
• Make sure you have installed the original rearview camera of the Smart Screen.
• Please check whether your rearview camera interface is fully inserted.
• Please check whether the red trigger line of the rearview camera is correctly connected to the positive pole of the car's reversing light.

Q6: How to use the Bluetooth transmission function of the Smart Screen?

Note: Please confirm whether your original car supports Bluetooth connection. If not, the Bluetooth transmission function cannot be used.
[ Step1 ]: Connect to CarPlay / Android Auto mode with your iPhone or Android phone.
[ Step2 ]: Select [ BT ] mode in [ Audio Output ] on the Smart Screen.
[ Step3 ]: The phone is directly connected to your original car's Bluetooth. And set the original car's audio to Bluetooth mode. After the connection is successful, you can play music, navigation, calls and more, the Smart Screen's sound is directly output through your original car's speaker.
Q7: How to use the AUX IN function of the Smart Screen?

Note: Please confirm if your original car supports AUX IN. If not, the AUX IN output cannot be used.
[ Step1 ]: Select [ AUX IN ] mode in [ Audio Output ] on the Smart Screen.
[ Step2 ]: Insert the AUX audio cable into the Smart Screen AUX port, and connect the other end to the AUX IN port of the original car.
[ Step3 ]: Set the original car's audio input mode to AUX audio input. After the connection is successful, you can play music, navigation, calls and more, the Smart Screen's sound is directly output through your original car's speaker.
Q8: How to use the FM Transmission function of the Smart Screen?

Note:
• Please confirm whether your original car supports FM radio function. If not, the FM transmission cannot be used.
• If not using the power supply charger comes with the Smart Screen, FM transmitter function will not work.
[ Step1 ]: Select [ FM Transmitter ] mode in [ Audio Output ] on the Smart Screen.
[ Step2 ]: Tune the original car's radio to an unoccupied FM frequency and set the Smart Screen to the same frequency, such as 89.2MHz ( if unoccupied ).
[ Step3 ]: After the setting is successful, you can play music, navigation, calls and more through your original car’s speakers.
Troubleshooting
Problem1: No touch phenomenon.
• Touch is invalid during power-on, wait for normal power-on before operation.
• Check whether the touch is damaged, do not touch the screen with sharp objects, it is easy to scratch and damage.
Problem2: Smart Screen heat, jam phenomenon.
Avoid direct sunlight or exposure to sunlight during use. The normal operating temperature of smart screen is -4~149°F. After disconnecting the power supply, the temperature of smart screen will be lower than 149°F and work normally.
Problem3: CarPlay cannot connect.
• The first connection takes a little longer.
• The CarPlay function only supports iPhones.
• Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the phone are normal.
• Enter Settings - General -CarPlay vehicle, delete all records and reconnect.
• Restart the iPhone and reconnect it.
Problem4: Android Auto cannot connect.
• The Android Auto function only supports android phones.
• Update Android Auto APP and related applications on phone to the latest version.
• Check that the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions of the phone are normal.
• Restart the Android phone and connect it again.
